Option to automatically add Pedestal before calibrating

When imaging with narrowband filters from a dark sky (and even some broadband filters), I've found that adding a small pedestal of, say, 200 ADU ensures that there's no black clipping after subtracting dark frames (and/or bias frames) from lights.  Currently, I'm adding that pedestal by first doing a batch modify and using the "add data" function. 

I think it would make it simpler if there was a "Pedestal" or "Offset" box in 2) Calibrate to "Add ____ ADU to light frames before calibrating".

Yes, I understand your proposal.

I'll add this to my priorities list as part of more serious work on the calibration engine.

It's important that no clipping occurs while calibrating. Currently, this can still happen like you indicate.
