Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
I thought I had solved this problem by reducing the number of stars that were analyzed and in fact it did solve the problem during a previous imaging session. But its back again and has really got me confused. Especially because the data I am using I took a year ago and it processed and registered fine. I just wanted to add some data to it from this year. The only difference is the version of the software that I used a year ago. Basically, I get good star analysis with star score around 500, the images register ( in other words, don't fail to register) but then I get essentially the two images together as if they were not registered at all. I have attached the three images. I have tried all the usual things - have been using APP for several years - and only recently started having this problem. I am using the latest beta version ( 29 ). I have spent too many hours being frustrated with this. Any help would be wonderful.

I had the same problem a few months ago. Read this thread to find the answer, especially the last post.
I hope you have luck and it gets solved for you too.
