Hello everyone

What do I need to be the same as light frame in shooting flat frame?
The same exposure time as LIGHT frame?
Same ISO?
The same temperature?

@mo-mo Flat frames generally have short exposure times of a few seconds. They do not need to have the same ISO or gain/offset nor the same temperature. They need to be taken with the camera connected to the telescope in exactly the same position as the lights with as close to the focus point as for the lights as possible. Note that if you take flats with a different ISO or gain/offset and/or a different temperature than the lights, you will need to make sure that you have calibration frames with the same ISO or gain/offset and temperature as the flats PLUS the ones you need for the lights.
