7th December 2023: added payment option Alipay to purchase Astro Pixel Processor from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and other countries where Alipay is used.
When I open remove light pollution the screenshot shows what I see - a pure white image. I don't know how to resolve this. It is the first time such a result has appeared for me.
What should I do?
EDIT: I get the same result when opening 'correct vignetting' and 'calibrate background' in addition to 'remove light pollution.' If I simply open the stacked integration the image looks fine. If I click 'neutralize-BG' on the right side, the image goes all white. What settings do I need to change? Since I have subscribed this is the first time I have seen this behavior. Same camera and workflow.
What camera are you using and if it's a regular astro-cam, what is the offset you used?
I am using the Asi533mc pro camera. I also use the AsiAir Pro and am not able to adjust the offset.

Ah, so can you check the FITS header to see what the offset is at? Should be somewhere in that window left from the image.

When I look at the histogram on your screen-shot above, I see what looks like a single column of what would be very cold dark pixels at the very left hand side then a gap of about 80% of the histogram space before seeing all the values piled up at the right hand side.
I would guess that you can make your data more visible by adjusting the B and/or ST filters.
I suggest that something has gone slightly amiss during Calibration that these cold pixels have not been detected and removed. Maybe you can try adjusting the Cosmetic Correction / Cold Column Kappa values on the Calibration tab to get a better result. As I recall the Christian Sasse video shows you how to view what effect changing these values has on your subs.
