Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Hello,
I have a Problem that my flat will be ignored in my Processing.
I try to figure out where is the Problem.
One Question at First the Light and the Flat comes together in step 2 Calibrate?
I just tried very simple
Add one Light one MasterFlat
Then create Masters & assign to lights and then save this calibrated frame.
The result the Light is the same as before
You can load in a light, then load in a calibrated master-flat and in the preview window select "calibrated". The list below should then show the flat being used on the light and you see what it does in the preview window. If the flat is not assigned, something must be wrong with the flat. If you do this, is the flat at least assigned?
No, this didn't work too. No Changes between.
Is it a Problem when the Light comes from FITS and the Flat from CR2 data?
But I did everything already in a Main Flat as FITS

Shouldn't matter as long as the data is processed with APP I think. Could you post a master-flat and one of the lights here just to see?
Thanks, Vincent, for the Help.
The Problem is that APP can't work with CR2 Flats and FITS Lights
Mmm, yes that could be the case then.. didn't realize that as I've never done it like that. I'll ask if Mabula can maybe display a warning about that.
