UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.
I tried creating a 2 panel mosaic with 370 images per panel (740 subs total). I loaded the subs from the 2 panels into 2 separate sessions. Sadly, when I try to do an integration with the setting "Per Session & All", APP integrates each separate session, but then crashes with the following message when starting the final mosaic integration. This happens repeatedly, so it is not a one time occurance. After I click Ok, the integration continues forever and remains in a stalled state as you can see in the second screenshot. I am unable to click "INTEGRATE" button again at this point and have to quit APP and start all over again from scratch. This is very infuriating as it takes several hours to get to that point. To experiment, I tried integrating "All" instead of "Per Session & All" and that seems to work.

PS: I am running APP 1.077 on the latest Windows 10 (with all updates installed). This is running on a 64GB RAM system, with APP configured to make use of 60GB. The system has a 12 core AMD 3900X CPU & an NVIDIA 2080 Super graphics card.
I'm getting crashes, too, and my project isn't that complex - single stack with flats and bias.
I get no warning - the program simply vaporizes somewhere in stage 3. No message, no nothing, just poof and it's gone.
I had used 1.075 on trial and it worked.

So you mean it's a total crash, with APP quitting immediately?

Thanks for notifying us about this. So the integrations on the separate sessions do work fine right? Do you have the 2 final integrations at that link, that would be nice to see if I get the same issue.
