Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

@Mabula-Admin I've been asking you for at least 5 years to add the ability to recover the session from .dat files or AT LEAST save and restore file lists for the sessions (which is super easy to implement). Sometimes APP crashes (because it's Java) and then it's very frustrating to lose the progress or even the file lists and having to start the session from scratch - having to reload all files. Settings seem to be auto-saved so that's good. Also need to delete .dat files that can be huge and become useless after APP crashes and still occupy a lot of space on the disc.
Can you check if existing .dat files exist in the work dir on startup and try to recover the entire session or at least the file lists/selections? Please do! I've lost a lot of time reloading files after crashes over the years.
