Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
I am sure I am doing something wrong, however I am unable to figure out what. I create an artificial flat which corrects a single image VERY well and looks like it should when viewing the Master. When trying to view the single l-calibrated image APP just sits there showing "loading new image into image viewer" at the top. The following is what shows up in the console.Â

Also I cannot stack using the artificial master flat. I truly hope you can help, the flats correct the individual images perfectly, yet I can't seem to get the artificial master flat to apply.

I have downloaded your data and I have located the bug. There indeed is one. It has to do with the artifical flat being 3 channel data and the masterdark being 1 channel CFA data. APP has a problem.
I will fix this and will make sure that this fix is included in the next APP release 😉
