I downloaded a trial last year, I played with it for a day or two but never got to grips and ran out of time so I didn't purchase it.
I'd like the chance to evaluate it again, how can I do this? I'm guessing that if I download and install the latest version then It won't let me run it due to the expired trial that's on my PC already.

Your old Trial license has been removed from our records and I have created a new one for you.
You should have received your new Trial License and order confirmation in your registered email inbox as well.
Let me know if you have received it 😉 and can download the latest version and activate it with the new license.

Hi all,
I lost the email with my license info for login on it. My desktop's hard drive died so I had to replace the HD and rebuild. I can't get in to APP. How do I get the license info again. I emailed in to support but have heard nothing as of yet. Thanks!!!

Hi I bought a renter license about a month ago. I've been using it fine till now, but today when I started APP I was prompted to enter my license details. I cannot find the email, and I can't see any way of getting the license key from your site. Please advice.
ok I think this is because I recently added more RAM to my PC. I dont believe I was ever sent a license code for my renter license. please advise. I am not on site. I access my PC via RDP so cannot remove the additional RAM.

I haven't used the APP for a long time and now it's asking for the license number, unfortunately I deleted the email. Can you send me a new email so that the app can be used again?!

Today after downloading latest version I'm suddenly asked for a licence code. 😳 That has not happened since 2017, and I don't have a clue.

@heno, did you increase the amount of RAM in your computer? Or perhaps upgraded from windows 10 to 11? Both would trigger a new license activation because APP would think this is another computer.
Is all okay now?

Likewise - just installed the latest Beta and when I go to start the programme....it asks for the licensee code. Like Heno above....no idea where I might find this. (..and to answer YOUR question to him....here there has been no change on the computer since I last opened APP)

The new activation can also be caused by a fixed bug in our license system which had to do with computer identification using RAM (GB) amount instead of CPU threads. This new beta24 also has this further improved. So if beta24 all of a sudden asks for new activation, it means the license file on your computer had the old bug in there, and this is no longer acceptable as you can understand hopefully. Sorry that I forgot to mention that in the license notes.
