Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Hello from Austria!

Six nights, -10 degrees and more than 14 hours exposure time!

Here I show you my most extensive astro project to date. In addition to the six partially sleepless nights, there are also 14 days of processing and fine tuning.

The result is probably my best astrophoto so far.

The details of M42 + Running Man are from a photo taken in 2018.

I am looking forward to your feedback 🙂

Absolutely fantastic indeed, glad you solved your issues as well. The amount of detail in this one is stunning, is this a fully APP processed image?

edit: ah sorry, that was in the other details. 😉 Well done on not going overboard with the other tools as well.

@vincent-mod

Thx Vincent 🙂

Calibration,Registration,Integration and LPC were done in APP and the rest of the editing was done in Photoshop.

When the new version of APP is available I will plan on an "Only APP" -project. I am really looking forward to the "Star Reducer Tool".
