Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Hello from Austria!

I'll show you my last project here. I'm a bit late with the swan, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow it earlier.

The RGB data comes from a Bortle 2 zone and the Halpha data from a Bortle 3 zone. The images were stacked and calibrated separately in APP and the final editing was then done in Photoshop.

That's a very beautiful FOV and great signal! Though we can see this object in the North, I'm not jealous at all of your Southern skies. 😉

Hi Vincent!

Thx for your feedback 🙂

I live in Austria and not in Australia 😉 😆

Yes, my apologies, Wouter was already lol-ing about that in our chat. 🙂 I think I was a bit tired, but I guess we both wish we had more Southern skies up here right. 🙂

No problem, Vincent 😉

You're right, we could use a breeze of Carina in the north 😀
