Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
The "Save Option" popup is popping up anytime APP needs to save a file after using the bulk fits header update tool once. I reset all the menus and restarted APP and the "Save Option" will pop up when making master frames. I check all the settings and can not find anything different. I like to tap Integrate and leave my computer and it is real annoying to come back and the integration is not done because of the "Save Option" window popping up. APP was not doing this before I used the bulk fits header update tool.
I also wish APP would just skip images that can not be registered and continue the integration.

Thank you very much for reporting this.
So do I understand correctly that this behaviour will occur if you first use the Batch Modify Fits tool and then perform a regular integration afterwards?

I am cleaning up my todo list and this issue was still on my list so I double checked. This issue has been fixed for a long time already I think. I can not reproduce it.
I also wish APP would just skip images that can not be registered and continue the integration.
Please know that in the new License & Settings menu, there is an option now where you can select to have APP continue on errors and not stop.
