I have seen videos of people adding luminance layers after they process their images and the luminance REALLY makes the detail and contrast pop. I know how to add the luminance with RGB combine. However, it does not seem to help with contrast/detail. Should I be adding luminance at a different point in the process? At what point do you add luminance in to help?
I should add that I'm doing narrowband imaging with the ASO1600MM-Pro. I successfully created my SHO image and got the colors the way I wanted them, but I'm just looking to make the image POP if you know what I mean. Thanks.
