Whenever I use CSC it is drastically changing the color of my nebula and my stars, not just the stars. I must be doing something wrong. Please advise. Thank you.

Sorry, I'm not the best with abbreviations; I guess you mean Calibrate Star Colors. If you could upload an example of before and after that would help a lot.
