Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
hi all,
i tried to stitch 71 images of the milky way with APP. 135 mm 1250 iso 45s per panel. No stack.
Settings:
0) RAW. Algorithm: superpixel
1) load: 71 lights, some bias, flats, darks
2) calibrate: defauklt settings
3) analyse stars: 10000 analysed
4) register : pentagons, scale start 1, scale stop: 10, dynamic distorsion correction enabled,
5) normalize: advanced mode
6) integrate: average, weights equal, LNC 2nd degree, 10 iterations, , MBB 10%, , no outlier rejection, pixel interpolation: cubic B spline
Integration duration: 35 hours
The result shows longitudinal and transversal stripes ( see photo)
. How is it possible to fix that?
Thanks in advance for your answers,
Serge
Hi Serge @sergecohenfree-fr,
Did you try to increase the MBB & that might help 😉
Or LNC 1 st degree?
It is a bit hard, but you need to try different settings I think to see what works best.
