Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Hey @mabula-admin, is a Linux deb package going to land soon to test? I've been waiting aaaaaaages to get some mosaics done and I'm hoping 1.075 is finally the fix to my registration issues.

Hi @itarchitectkev,

I am working on the Linux packages now 😉 they will soon be available.

Which mosaic issues do you have in particular?

Kind regards,

Mabula

This is good news! I have a brand new 12-core 32Gb Ram Linux box with a GPU in ready for future APP workloads! 🙂

I had a registration issue which threw up a Java exception. I'll go through and see if I can recall the post - but there was certainly an issue where I was doing multi-session, multi-filter processing and I'd consistently get a Java error thrown.
