7th December 2023: added payment option Alipay to purchase Astro Pixel Processor from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and other countries where Alipay is used.
I downloaded version beta 13 64 bit Apple silicon. I entered my name, license code, and e-mail, but was unable to activate the program. No security blocks were noted and I had internet connection. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Did it inform you that the code was incorrect maybe? I would suggest to copy and paste the license details straight from the e-mail, just in case you made a typo.
Thanks for your reply. I tried multiple times entering the code, being very diligent for accuracy. I tried to copy/paste, but it wouldn’t let me paste. I right clicked in the “code” space and no paste function appeared. Also, in the “name” space, it wouldn’t accept a space between my first and last name. I changed my account name with no space between them. Assuming I have the right code typed in, what do you suggest now? Thank you. I’m very eager to get started!
