Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

This is only my second attempt to use APP.

I have 146 images I took last night without a tracker of Jupiter trying to see if I can get the comet (which is right next to it). One image failed at the analyse phase. I excluded it. Then 6 images failed to register. So I excluded those images.

I was using a Canon EOS R5 with the RF 100-500mm lens zoomed to 500mm.

As I mentioned, I didn't have a tracker so I would take a set of 30 or so images 1 second apart, then realign the camera, then take another set. This is a Canon EOS R5 which is 45'ish megapixels. I got a message that APP needed to be resized and I'm guessing that is due to the image drifting around. Eventually I got this error:

Encountered error in module:
AlignAndResampler

Error message:
java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException: -2147482264

Cause:
-2147482264
java.desktop/java.awt.image.DataBufferFloat.<init>(Unknown Source)
d.a(Unknown Source)
d.a(Unknown Source)
d.doInBackground(Unknown Source)

The title bar says "Astro Pixel Processor 2.0.0-beta24 macOS Apple M Silicon 64 bit" I see there is a beta 29. I could try that. I thought about cropping the images so they don't drift but then I would not have raw images and I didn't know how much that would affect things.
