Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

At least as compared with SC in Photoshop, which I used a lot in Hubble Palette images. Like if I want to move green towards yellow or desaturate or saturate a color, I can almost not tell if there was a difference even with dramatic settings on the sliders. Also it would be nice to have a cheat sheet as to what sliders affect which colors. For example if I select Red, does the Blue-Yellow slider do anything? I guess if I understood more about RGB color theory I might understand but help would be appreciated with the SC tool.

Thanks!

Wayne

So I don't have experience yet with that tool, but here's a video on specifically that topic:

I would suggest to watch the whole video, but I think that he goes into the selective color tool hands-on at around the 5 min mark.
