I am new to APP and do not understand what I am doing wrong. I have an Atik 460 mono with Astrodon 1.25 inch filters. I am only shooting narrowband. I stack my NB images separately but when I try to combine them in any programme (APP or StarTools) they will not allow me as they are coming up different dimensions. My Ha is 2806 X 2233. My O111 is 2838 X 2222 and S11 2841 X 2230. The native Atik 460 is 2750 X 2200 Pixels. I am not binning

Any ideas on how I can make my images the same please.

@michael-tweedy When dithering is applied between images or when guiding is not completely perfect, the individual subs for each filter will not line up completely which adds additional pixel rows and columns to the final stacked images.

In order to align them you need to do a star alignment and save the aligned images. Simply load the stacked images in tab 1 as lights and then go to tab 4 to align them. Once done, save the stacked frames. Then you can combine them in tab 9.
