I have only processed one session and wanted to know how to process 2 sessions. After loading the first session, do I then click on lights, for example, again and load my lights and choose session 2? or do I choose other/processed?

Yes, that's how you load them into session 2 indeed. Multiple sessions are mainly meant for when you have calibration data that differs between sessions (like flats).
