We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

I have L-extreme data and L-Pro data. The L-extreme data has 480 and 1200 sec subexposures for the narrowband nebula data, and the L-Pro has 60 sec subexposures for the stars. I'd like to stack the both filters as OSC data, using the HA-OIII Color option for the narrowband data, and the Adaptive Airy Disc option for the L-Pro data.
Here's what seems to be the easiest way:
Load all of my data into APP (so it can pick the best reference frame of all of my data). Select HA-OIII Color algorithm. Use "multi-session" to differentiate the L-extreme 480sec and 1200sec subs and their respective darks, and make sure only the L-extreme subs are selected in the bottom half of the screen. Then integrate the L-extreme data.
Step two would be to uncheck the L-extreme data, and check the L-Pro data, change the algorithm to Adaptive Airy Disc, and reintegrate.
I know this seems a bit like a strange workflow, but it's the simplest way that I can think of doing this, as changing from HA-OIII to Adaptive Airy Disc for two different stacks makes it a little complicated.
Is there a better way that I should go about this?

@jeffreyhorne Hi Jeffrey. It seems to me that you are doing it exactly as you should. There is no simpler way to do this.
Next you can do is load the two RGB integration results as lights (don't load any calibration files) and go to tab 4 to register them. Then you can save the registered frames to disk. Next you can load the two registered files again as lights and go to tab 2 (again don't load any calibration files) and click the calibrate button. Then still in tab 2 you can tick the "split channels" tick box and then click the SAVE (calibrated) Light frames button. That will give you 6 files: one of R, G and B for each RGB file. you can then use combine RGB in the tools tab to combine the 6 R, G and B files into one RGB file.
Or if you have another workflow with external tools then you can use that as well of course.
