Mm, could you share what system this is on and what exactly you do? Like what OS you're using, type of data you are loading in, what APP version, where do you have your work directory located etc?
Windows 10.
APP version, RAM, free disc space, directory below:
The flats and dark flats are ZWO ASI294MC Pro fit files, 4144x2822 RGGB files, 22MB x 30 of each type.
Mmm, would you be able to upload a small set that causes the exception to our server? I can have a quick look.
Go to https://upload.astropixelprocessor.com and use upload1 as username and upload1 as password.
Create a directory named “mseningmail-com-flatsnullptr” and upload in there. Thank you!
The entire file set is 1.2GB zipped. Would that upload be ok or it's too large?
I noticed that the Master files were actually created for Bias, Darks, Dark Flats (right before each crash), but not master flat.
@mseningmail-com Yes that would be fine. Please upload all data and Vincent or I will download and have a look.
Mmm, tried to download the data today but the folder seems empty.
@vincent-mod Bummer! The upload failed at 83% and I already deleted the source files -- wasn't happy with the dataset anyway and flat correction seemed to over-correct -- the center of the resulting image was oversaturated... I've had this error happen on other datasets, so when I reproduce is again I can re-upload. Sorry about the confusion.
No worries, if you have the issue again you can also upload a small dataset, it needs to have the same issue but if that goes for the small set that'll be fine. Good luck!
