I am integrating data from two different scopes and an using the wider field data as the reference.  The resolutions are .92 as/px and .62 as/px so i am using a scale factor of 1.6 in integration to compensate for this.  I am getting a lot of artifacts near the seam of the two images in all three channels I am wondering what settings I should be using to eliminate the artifacts?  I am using version 1.080

Thanks   Dave

I would suggest to update at least as quite a few bugs were solved in between. But you also don't have to account for anything, you can let APP combine them. I normally would first make a nice integration of both and then after, load those integration in again as lights from different sessions. APP then combines them.
