Email infrastucture problems on the 21st of March 2018

Hi all,

Unfortunately, on the 21st of March 2018, our e-mail infrastructure experienced a big malfunction and we are currently working hard to fix this.

The problem caused our mail server to send out too many e-mails to some APP users and others didn't receive an email at all.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this behaviour.


Update on the 22nd of March 2018:

Email funtionality should now work properly again. We are now in the process of upgrading the infrastructure as well.

Some email providers like, didn't deliver email messages to the respective inboxes of APP users.

After the upgrade, all e-mail should come through though.


UPDATE 23rd of March 2017

The upgrade of the email infrastructure has been completed. All outgoing mails from are now fully compliant with the latest email protocols and security requirements. This means all mails coming from are now fully white-labeled by passing both

  • SPF
  • DKIM


checks from mail servers. Simply said, this ensures that mail from actually comes from so it shouldn't be labeled as spam 😉

This upgrade should ensure that everyone receives their e-mails in their inbox, also in and accounts.
