All of a sudden I'm unable to connect with the website - I get a Hmm .... Can't reach this page error. Having to use another browser now

Hi @whixson,

Our website has a firewall and this will be triggered after too many failed login attempts (10x) as a security measure.

If you are not sure anymore of your password, it's best to simply reset your password:

https://www.astropixelprocessor.com/my-account/lost-password/

instead of trying a lot of times 😉

Hi Mabula,

i did change my password and I can log in fine on Safari or Christmas me, just not Edge.

Then please have a look at the browser cache settings in Edge and clean them for astropixelprocessor.com if possible. I think it will be related to the cache.

Or try to refresh the browser at least twice, usually done with the F5 button.

The issue is not on our end I think, I have checked our firewall and you are not being blocked.
