May 27 2026 APP 2.0.0-beta45 has been released !

Fully Multi-Threaded LNC, many improvements for the registration engine, platform upgrade, and further tuning of internal memory consumption and memory release back to OS.

Apr 14 2026: Google Pay, Apple Pay & WeChat Pay added as payment options

Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

How long should it take to get my license e-mail?

I submitted an order for the Renter's edition on Friday 16 Oct. Now it's Saturday, and I still haven't seen any e-mail for it. My paypal payment notice came in, so the payment went through. When should I expect to see the e-mail? I have checked my spam folder, and it's not there. A possibly confounding factor is that I had a trial license that I let expire a few days before I ordered the Renter's license.

Hi David @archer1960,

I have checked our records and I can see that the emails with your license details and your order confirmation were both sent out and delivered to your mailbox within minutes after completing your order. So your license details should be in your inbox somewhere. If they are not, you should contact your mail provider I think.

I will resend them again right now. Please let me know if you have received them this time 😉

Kind regards,

Mabula

You sent them to my @verizon.net address that is in my profile? I still haven't seen them. The last thing I received from you was a notice that my trial had expired, on Oct 07. Could you possibly send again, to my gmail address, which I just updated in my profile? Verizon.net is actually hosted by AOL.com, and while i've never had any trouble with them, I never totally trusted them...

Thanks!

Hi David @archer1960,

I have adjusted your order and license to use the gmail address 😉

You should have received both the order confirmation and your new Renter's license now in your gmail inbox.

Please let me know if all is allright now.

Regarding your verizon/AOL mailbox: in the past 48 hours we sent a total of 7 emails to your mailbox, all of them have been accepted by your mail provider and thus they should be somewhere in your mailbox. From my point of view, if you can not see/find them anywhere, you should really send in a complaint to the mailprovider and tell them that email coming from astropixelprocessor.com is opted-in by you, that might help ;-). I know that some mailproviders could mark it as spam and simply not deliver the mail to your mailbox (which off course is not the right way to do this, the mail should always be delivered so the customer can decide whether it is spam or not).

Cheers,
Mabula
