Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Hello,
APP 1.0.83 Beta2 hit an error while calibration.
Error messages:
java.lang.NullPointerException
Â
I've been using APP for a while and never seen an error at the CALIBRATE like this.
Is this a mistake of my operation, or, APP bug?
If this is known issue, please let me know the quick workarounds.
Â
Please find the attached snapshot.
Thanks,

@rysudo Can you tell us more about the data? Did you use raw calibration files or previously created masters? If the latter, does this also happen when you use the raw calibration files? And if you are using a master, what version of APP did you create it with?
@wvreeven Thank you for noticing me.
I'm not using master calibration files on this case.
- All files are raw calibration files. 30 lights, 30 darks, 30 flats and 30 darkflats.
- APP 1.0.83 Beta2Â
My camera is ZWO ASI294MCP (OSC) . I had never experience "java.lang.NullPointerException" error with other several nebula files before.
I guess it is data dependent ? Â
This data is short (5sec) exposure of M42 nebula.
Thanks,
