UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.
I'm running APP1.082. Trying to calibrate and integrate 344 RGB+Ha images from two sessions and it's now in excess of 12 hours since the registration process started and seems to be stuck on 2-view registration. Registration mode is set to normal and scale 1 to 5.
Any suggestions gratefully received - thanks
One suggestion would be to update to the latest beta version of APP (13), this has a lot of improvements on speed and memory usage.
@vincent-mod thanks. Yes that's possible but I'm now 24hrs in and still on register stage - would the beta be that much faster? I don't usually try betas - prefer to wait for stable release (although I realise I'm one release behind with 1.082) Are there other settings I should try? It looks like it's been going through each of the 344 frames over and over again against new reference frames each time...?
It shouldn't take that long, but there is a possibility that that version has a bug in the registration phase, which we solved in later versions. Beta 13 seems to be very stable as many are already using it.
@vincent-mod OK will give it a try! Thanks
So downloaded the beta 13 after saving the calibrated image files. Loaded into beta 13 and started to run registration. This time it threw up a couple of messages about 2 or 3 image files that wouldn't register to the reference. I removed those from the list and it then went through very quickly. So my guess is 1.082 version was getting stuck on those 2/3 frames but kept redoing the whole lot over and over again without throwing up a message. Long and short is beta 13 worked well. thanks
