Newbie here. APP crashed in the middle of the integration step. Do I need to go back to the beginning and do everything again? Or is there a way to load the results of the Normalize step. I see a ".dat" file in my Working Directory, but have no idea how to use this or reload info...

Unfortunately not. The next version will have a way to start a process and then save the frames, and when loading them you can choose to skip the steps already done. Did you get what the error was about?
