Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
I am finding a problem stacking 29 x 300 second subs in the latest release of APP of SH2-274. Below I have uploaded cropped screen shots of the results as well as the successful stack of the same data in ASISTUDIO. These are using an ASI2600MC camera with an Antila dual narrowband filter. I have tried several settings in APP, including adjusting the target number of stars in star analysis, as well as eliminating the lower quality subs to no avail. The new charts in the latest release have been helpful in choosing the subs to eliminate from the stack but have not fixed the problem. Any suggestions are most welcome Thanks. Jim

I followed Mabula's advice to another recent similar post, and found that the new cosmic ray/noise reducer fixed the problem. Thanks for the continued update and improvement in APP. Jim
