UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.
Hi I am trying to produce a BPM which I have done many times before using a different ccd. I am now using a asi183mc and have tried to calibrate the darks and flats using RGGB, Adaptive Airy Disc and force Bayer CFA. I have also tried it without these checked. Every time I get the same error message. I have rebooted the Pc win 10, ver 1809 64 bit os. I have also taken new flats and tried again several more times
I tried with just flats and darks to make a bpm and then lights flats darks bias and the error message comes as it tried to produce the bmp.
I have unticked bmp and it actually produced a MD, MF,and MB.
Any help would be appreciated.

Why are you using Master Bias on a ASi-183MC IMX sony Bsi chip?

Because I tried using a dark flat and it seemed that the calibration files were not applied. Plus I don't actually know much about the chips. Any advice for this chip would be appreciated. My other astro cameras are ccd mono but I thought I would give this MC a go as weather often restricts time of imaging in my location.

Hi Jenny, its the same chip as my Altair Astro 183IMX Color.
So that should not be a concern, something else is going on here.
create 32 bit masters is unchecked..

i teach Pixinsight , and SGP , APT to students all over the world via Anydesk.exe.
been using APP bout a year now ,,, no longer use PI for calibration only processing.
i could have a quick look , if your not sensitive to logons onto your PC.

I have just added a coma corrector to my 200p so I am going to start again with lights darks flats and flatdarks and see what happens. I am in the UK. I don't use pixinsight. I have used sgp since it was free! And have successfully used APP for quite sometime but with a qsi690 mono and an Atik314l mono. Usually with a TS 71 imaging star. The amp glow on this ASI 183mc is something else and I bought it to go on the 200p for galaxy season which from where my obs is, is now. I will see how I get on with some new data.

Yes , just like th AA183MC the right hand side Electroluminescent starburst can be cleaned up in APP and a good set of darks (30-50)
the amp glow is actually on top and bottom and is very low.
