UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.

I just gathered 8 hours of data on IC443 the Jellyfish Nebula, finished last night. There was no moon, and I'm in a Bortle 5 area, very dark. I did 98X300 seconds subs using my best Narrowband filter the Optolong L-eXtreme.
I used my Meade Series 6000 70mm f.5.0 Quadruplet APO, 350mm FL with an ASI294MC Pro cooled camera set at -17C
98X300 Sec Subs--26Darks--60 Flats--60 Bias
Getting back a lot of grain and trash on it. Very unusual for this to happen to me with this much data.Â
My question, is there a tool in APP which will eliminate this grain and garbage and to smooth up my sky background...
I did the Combine RGB on this HA/OIII/SII....I've been doing astrophotography for about three years now using both a Canon and ZWO cameras, and I didn't do anything different in my set up than normal. Just cannot seem to be rid of all the grain and garbage on this particular object...Though there may be a way to clean this up...
I'm doing more darks too BTW, maybe this is the problem...I will match the darks to the 98 lights.

Okay just an update....I added 65 more dark frames to the 93X300 Sec subframes, this also includes 60 Bias and Flats...
This screen shot is just the HA Channel...I'm pleased with this...That tells me i needed more dark frames to hide some of the garbage in the background...
Am I correct in assuming this? I'm still processing the OIII and then the SII. Then I will combine the channels and see how it all comes out...
Or maybe my answer is, "This is just one of these dimmer targets which requires a lot more integration time, and more data"...

Think I figured it out...Added 65 more dark frames, and changed a setting in one of the boxes when you add the Lights and Calibration frames in the (1) Load tab...

@rockinrod sorry for not having replied and good job on finding the cause yourself. Out of curiosity, which setting made the difference?
The first step, in Tab (1) Load, when selecting the calibration frames there's a box at the top which says, "All Channels"...
I have not been selecting this, so I thought I would try that...So after adding a total of 90 dark frames and selecting All Channels, I ran everything thru again, and it came out good...So from now on when I see this on the calibration frames I will select All Channels. My thought is, if you don't, the darks will not be applied across the board.
I did:
93X300 Sec Subs--90 Darks--60 Bias and Flat frames

@rockinrod Yes that makes sense if you are processing images from multiple channels, like R, G and B. If you do not apply the darks to all channels then the ones that they don't get applied to end up without being calibrated.
