UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.
Hello everyone! I recently took the 30 day free trial and i'm trying to learn APP. So far it's a masterpiece of a software. Today the toolbar is not working nor the light pollution tool nor anything. When i click the neutralise BG in the sliders to the right, i get this error message:
Â
I am just processing for now i haven't used integration so far. What should i do?Â
Thanks

Hi Christos and thanks for trying APP!
I'm noticing you're using 2 formats at the same time (tif and fits). Though I think that should work, could you try with a fits of the other?
@vincent-mod thanks for the swift reply. I will try it yes. Something odd is happening. I input my image as a tiff and resize it to nearly 2000 pixels. Then I get the error message. BUT. If I save the resized image, close APP and load the resized image again as a 32 float fit, the error is gone and I can edit the image. This really worked so I kinda went around the problem but If I can, I want to fix it. Please tell me what do you think. I will try your solution too. Thanks a lot.
Well, normally it's best to stick with 1 format and process your raw data in APP. If you have the option to use fits as a raw format, just use that. Hope it worksout and if you have any further questions, just ask. 😉
