I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.

I am trying to integrate multiple sessions and was having trouble recently. I had a previous topic about this and it was resolved. I have been able to integrate my 120s sessions with my 300s session successfully.
Now when I do ha & oiii extract I also integrate the sessions of 120s & 300s successfully. When I try to run a HOO or SHO combination it tell me that I cannot as the images aren’t the same size.
I can see this in the info on app where it gives me the pixel dimensions. This is a bit odd since I’m using the same camera and scope. 294mc pro and William Optics gt71.
Any idea as to why this is happening? Thank you!

There usually is some drift or dithering during the night which results into a slight shift of the target in the lights. APP aligns the lights resulting in a larger image than the size of a single light. The size difference depends on how much the target wanders and usually is different on different nights. That explains why the 120 sec and 300 sec integrations have different sizes.
Just load the integration results as lights (no calibration data), go to tab 4 and register them against each other. That will make APP align the images and give them the same dimensions. You can then save the registered frames at the bottom of tab 4 and load those into combine rgb.
