Combine rgb error

Mar 28 2026 APP 2.0.0-beta40 will be released in 7 days.

It did take a long time to have the work finished on this and it  will have a major performance boost of 30-50% over 2.0.0-beta39 from calibration to integration. We extensively optimized many critical parts of APP. All has been tested to guarantee correct optimizations. Drizzle and image resampling is much faster for instance, those modules have been completely rewritten. Much less memory usage. LNC 2.0 will be released which works much better and faster than LNC in it's current state. And more, all will be added to the release notes in the coming weeks...

Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Can someone help me?
I got an Asi294mc pro and I used the L-enhance dualband filter and the Antlia SII-HB dualband filter.
For my M16 i have for both filters 40 frames, I extract the HA and OIII from the L-enhance filter. Also the Antlia but I did HA-OIII extract HA for the SII and HA-OIII extract OIII to get the Hb.

Now I have 4 colors and place them in the tool combine RGB, and use calculate but get a message that not all of them are compatible? Something about the depth?

How is that happened, i use the same camera, scope Asiair and for both filters they have there own flats and dark flats.

And I have the last beta 22

@stefanastro Have you tried registering and normalizing the 4 integrations together before combining since different filters were used?

@jhart after I load the frames in tab 1, I went to tab 0 to select extracting, then to 6 and integrate.

I did this with both filters so I have 4 images/colors. Or do I have to follow the steps 0 to 6?

Also is it better to load L enhance in session 1 and the antlia SII-Hb in session 2?

Does it matter that both filters has a different flat exposure time? Both had an ADU between 28k and 29.5K,  i  use the asi294mc pro.

EDIT, I read you post again and you say the 4 images normalize and registration,  yes but I am not sure, I though I had that error again after combine them.

When you have the resulting integrated files, you can load these in again as lights, then go to normalize (tab 5) and save the normalized frames (all the way down in that tab). These saved frames can be used to combine.

@vincent-mod okay thanks Vincent.   Unfortunately i lost the SII-HB files 😫, I can't test it out. I took a screenshot of these post so I can find them back in my gallery.

I let you know if I take new light frames of  my next DSO with SII-HB.

Nogmaals dank je wel, je hebt een geweldig programma gemaakt, er valt nog veel te leren voor mij.

Maar mijn SHO M16 is af sinds gisteren.
