UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.

I am still a beginner. I have tried many different combinations of settings in APP but my image always ends up with a twist in the middle. I can't see it any of the individual subs. Maybe you can tell me what settings to change. This is one piece of a 2 panel mosaic for the Seagull Nebula. Thanks.

Looks like you have a black hole in the middle, or other space anomaly 😀 .
What equipment did you use ?
Was wondering if you are using alt-az mount.
@andynowlen I am confused by what you wrote. Is this an integration of a single panel or is this a 2 panel mosaic? If the latter, what settings did you use in tabs 3, 4, 5 and 6 to create the mosaic?
This is a single panel in the mosaic. EQ mount - iOptronCEM40. Â
I have tried so many combinations of settings I wouldn't be able to specify. Another club member suggested it might be attributable to inaccurate camera rotation. I use an Asi533mc pro which has a square sensor. Being new to the hobby, I am not certain how to evaluate that suggestion, especially in light of APPs abilities to handle different sessions and combinations of equipment.

Hi Andy, are you using distortion correction to create that panel? If so, it may be that your data has no to very little distortion and in that case, switching the correction on may sometimes cause artefacts.

Now that I have resolved that issue, what is the best way to secure the best 'blend' between the panels of the mosaic?Â

I have attached the most recent version of my Seagull Nebula. No post-processing has been done after calibrating background and star colors.
I am not sure what I did wrong on my panel coordinates. I will work on that in future mosaics. Â

The best way to blend is to enable MBB (Multi Band Blending) for the edges and LNC to equalize the background better. Standard settings for those are fine as a first try.
