Could you try with beta 22? This has a lot of improvements mainly in memory usage etc.

Would you be able to upload data that causes the issue to our server? I can then check if it may be a bug or something.

Ok, interestingly I don't get any errors when combining the tif files you uploaded. Seems though that the colors are not really coming out properly, but no error. I forgot to ask what OS you're using?

I select the formula for SHO, load in the tif files in the tool and press calculate, that works. But I'm using Windows, so I'll forward this to Mabula as he can try it on a Mac.

Hi @raoji,

I have tested your data on my mac with M1 chip and I do not get the error whatever I try to do with the RGB COmbine Tool trying to make an SHO composite.

So to be able to solve this, I need a bit more information:

- what formula do you choose when you load the 3 TIFF files into the RGB Combine Tool?

- do you set the correct filter while doing this? So select the S-II filter if you load the SII data.

If i load the 3 TIffs, I selected any of the SHO formula and for each TIFF assigned the right filter, so H-alpha for the h-alpha data etc...

All works as expected in beta 22 when I do this.

On a side note, the SHO result is not working well and I am very sure this has to do with the fact that your TIFF files are already strongly ! stretched results. This will work much better if you load the unstretched Ha, SII & O3 stacks into the tool. You will have much more flexibility to get a good result 😉
