I am trying out APP but I am getting an error popup when calibrating masterflat. See error below:

Encountered error in module:
LightFrameCalibration

Error message:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1

Cause:
Index 1 out of bounds for length 1
fP.a(FrameDataCalibration.java:992)
fP.doInBackground(FrameDataCalibration.java:47)
java.desktop/javax.swing.SwingWorker$1.call(Unknown Source)
java.base/java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source)

The process just stalls and I can't do anything but close the program.

I am using Arch and APP 2.0.0-Beta26

Hi Nils @nilz,

Thank you very much for posting your issue.

Can you share more information on the data that you are trying to process?

Is it monochrome or OSC/color data for instance? Have you changed certain settings in 0) RAW/FITS?

Thank you for your reply. I am using OSC shot from a DSLR, with settings in 0) RAW set to RGGB pattern and Adaptive Airy Disc with use camera white balance and use camera color matrix enabled. Anything I should try to change?

Hi Nils @nilz,

With  DSLR, there should be no need to set the Bayer pattern in 0) Raw/Fits, because it will be detected automaticailly. But, setting it yourself should still work of course, so something is not right.

Are all the files, the lights and calirbation data from the same source? I mean from the same capture software or hardware? Are you loading the DSLR raws or perhaps converted FITS from the capture software/hardware?

I was loading only DSLR raws. I tried changing the pattern to supported and enable "force bayer/X-Trans CFA" and now it seems to work fine, thank you!
