Big e-mail providers like Google & Hotmail are putting the e-mail with the license code in your spam folder. Please check your SPAM folder. Hotmail is really troublesome, it seems Hotmail even removes the e-mail in some cases without letting the user of the mailbox know about it. I am investigating on how to solve this.

I have just bought owner's license half an hour ago but do not receiving any email yet. When I receive my code where can I input this code, the program does not ask for it just stated my trial has expired. How long would it take to get such email.

Hi, I upgraded my license from trial, my payment here is shown as "Pending" (but on Paypal it went through fine). Do I have to wait for a manual activation or?

According to our records, your order is now in a completed state. It is not in a Pending state anymore. And we do have received the payment through Paypal as well.
Your license code was also sent directly upon completion of the order and I can see that you have already acitvated your new license, so I assume that everything is okay now?
Maybe there was a small delay at Paypal in approving the payment? That can happen occasionally. As soon as the payment was fully approved at Paypal, the order automatically changed to completed and the license code was sent.

I purchased APP months ago and it was working fine but today when I opened it is asking for my license information again. Where can I find that since I dont have the original email anymore?

Hi i purchased the renter license last night but still havn't received a new license code to get me back on APP.

I have checked our records and the emails with your order confirmation and your license code have been sent out as soon as you completed your order.
But... for some reason, your email provider sky.com is preventing delivery of our emails. The emails have been in the delivery queue now for almost 24 hours which is quite unusual.
They have not rejected our emails (when they for instance think it is spam) but they are simply not emptying the delivery queue it seems. Perhaps it is a good idea to contact your email delivery service about this, because from our end everything is done properly and sent out.
I will try to send you your license code using my private gmail address, hopefully that will work in the meantime 😉

I have resent the original email with your license details to your registered email address. According to our mail server logs we did send you the email and it was accepted by your email provider thus it should have arrived in your mailbox somewhere.

Can I get my renters license sent again via email? No longer have the email from earlier in the year.
Agree on the above on having it visible in the "my account" section when logging in to the site - would be helpful!
