I am trying to place an order for the renters license and pay through Pay Pal. I get the message 'The email OTP was sent to and the email in contact submission do not match'. and the order will not go through.

Can you indicate what you did so it did work in the end?
Did you restart your browser? Perhaps another browser?
Did you use another email address?

I ordered it through credit card. PayPal would not work.

did not show and the order could be completed?

Correct. Message only appears when trying to usePayPal.
