Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Excellent, it probably can even be lower budget. 🙂 I would stretch the image a bit btw, to get more detail out of the background.

@vincent-mod Agree! But the moon had affected lower part of picture and this would then be more pronounced. I must start looking into layers and selective editing.

This is before editing in Polarr Pro. I'm afraid I need more data to get more detail.

Yes that always helps, but I think there you already see a bit more detail. The background can be up a little as well, so that it evens out a bit better maybe.

Pleiades RGB session 1 St sat dark pol v2

Based on your suggestions, I gave Pleiades another go in Polarr Pro. Seeing slight violet at the edge of the nebulosity I went for "curves" and pulled slightly on lower red and tuned also the blue. Since star colors still seems within reason, I think it still is realistic?

Well, what is realistic.. 🙂 But your first attempt is closer to the "realistic" color of the nebula.
