Isn't it possible just to insert the Flickr URL as text?
Flickr embed is enabled on the forum as a functionality, I think you will need to user the Flickr share URL of the picture instead of just the URL. Then it should work I think.
At your image on flickr there is a Share Photo URL :
"https://flic.kr/p/28PzXk6"
And yes if you use that URL in your post, your image will be automatically embedded as shown here 😉
