Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

This my first image on here and it is also the first time I have used APP.

I shot this object from my home in Cheshire. England. On Saturday evening.

The telescope was my Williams Optics Megrez ED 80 with 0.8x focal reducer - flattener. I used a modified Canon 1000 D with 2" Optolong UHC filter.

This set up sits on a Losmandy G11-Gemini 2.

I took 79 x 120 min subs with darks. And all my processing was done in APP, which I am still learning.

PAUL A BRIERLEY.

Looking good! I think doing some color calibration will help getting a bit better colors.
