Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
This is my latest image of the Tulip Nebula. All the processing with APP and the rest in Photoshop.

Oh man, I looooove these kind of colors in the stars, not saturated at all, great!
@vincent-mod
Thanks Vincent! The funny thing is, people are more fascinated by the star colors than by the nebula 😀Β
I have to say, the star colors are coming out much better in APP than in PI or DSS. 👍Β
Yeah sorry about that. π I love nebulae, but I never got these kind of well defined stars and knowing how much effort I put into trying to achieve that, then seeing this... mindblowing.
Yippee!!! My "Tulip in the Swan" has become NASA's "Astronomy Picture of the Day"😃
So cool😎Β already my second APOD this year. That has to be celebrated, a clear sky is forecasted tonight😄
