Hi, 

I ve created a bad pixel map with my new 600Da. 50 Darks and 50 Flats. 

But in the result I ve 2 lines on the top and on the left side. 

What do I or the Cam wrong?

@Mabula I have ended up with the same but with more lines. Are these bad columns?

They very well could be yes. They should also be visible in your masterdark I'd expect, is that the case?

So, almost 3 months later,(been busy 😉 ) here is a screenshot of my BPM without enabling bad column detection, and below is my master dark.

I think it looks normal (the BPM) as you do have bad columns. If you use this BPM do you see a normal end-result? If so, you can definitely use it.
