Is it possible to integrate lights with different exposure times and ISOsettings. If so how do you do that. I have darks, flats and bias for each.

You can either process those individually in 2 sessions or run them all at once, marking them as different sessions etc. APP will automatically find the right calibration frames and assign them to the lights.
