Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Just when I saw the news that there is a comet alignment introduced into APP I couldn't
resist and installed beta 1.
I worked with data from the 18th of July on Neowise, no flats, only a master dark
was used.
This image is the one I processed with APP and Pixinsight using Pixelmath to overlay the stars onto the comet image generated with APP.
In the next post is the image done with only Pixinsight ( I didn't overlay the stars )
Don't know why the first image didn't attach as well, so here goes the version
done with Pixinsight only.

I was soo happy with the result I just wanted to share the outcome.
Now I have to go through some testing to improve on the star rejection
a bit more.
Hope to see the final version of APP with all the options for comet stacking.
