I took images with iTelescope T68 that uses a ZWO ASI2600 Color camera. I've only ever stacked images taken with RGBL filters, not color. I've been able to do all the processing through normalization but I don't know how to integrate them.  How is this done?

Go to Tab #6, Integration.  For a OSC camera, you just integrate the stack all at once.

@chrisgr99 Adding to what David wrote, remember that you don't need to go through all steps one by one. Just load the lights and calibration data in tab 1 and then go straight to tab 6 and click the integrate button. APP will sort it all out for you.
