Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

Hi, I am hoping someone can share their workflow in the RBG combine tool with latest version 1.079. I have some Ha and Oiii data, noticed that in 1.079 I can add the channel with a HOO 1 or 2 formula but not having much luck to tease out the colors.

Hi Tim Looi

Please, check out the video of B&K Science and Astronomy on You Tube.  Here is the link :

I processed my Duo-Narrowband data of the Rosette Nebula following his workflow with Astro Pixel Processor. The result was great.

It's done with an older version of APP, but I don't think that the RGB combine tool has changed that much.

Also the videos of Rutger Bus and Astrostace gave me that extra information that I needed concerning Duoband processing with APP.

Here the link to Rutger Bus' video:

Good luck!
